When More is Less

When is more really less? When you eat more, you gain less, or, sometimes, even lose. How? Why? What in the world am I talking about?

When you try to lose weight, or even eat healthier, by limiting your calories too much, or by eliminating meals, it can be the worst mistake of your life.

What you want and need to do is to eat more. More food, more frequently. However, the trick is to eat less fat, more healthy.

Eating in small amounts, several times a day has been proven to increase your resting metabolism, and to burn fat quicker. This is a good trick to have in your health regimen.

The goal is to eat around 2000 calories, and 60 grams of fat. Divide these up evenly (as evenly is comfortable) into 5 or 5 meals. Eat no more less than every 4 hours.

Simple, right? But very, very effective.

When a body eats more often there is less hunger, more energy, higher levels of concentration, and less need to snack on high sugar foods.

Give this a try, and see if it works for you. After a week, you'll be a believer.
